Harness nature's decomposition and nutrient cycling powers! Composting can be as simple or as complicated as you want it to be. Join us to learn some of the basic composting principles, a variety of composting styles, different container options, and some common mistakes to avoid. Farmer Bryce will lead a hands-on workshop in which you will learn how to process your household kitchen and yard waste into nutrient-rich soil amendments for your home garden. In hopes to reduce the quantity of organic waste that gets picked up at the curb by your solid-waste hauler.
