Enjoy an engaging, hands-on experience designed to bring families closer through the joy of shared cooking and the power of fresh, locally sourced and ingredients. Participants will learn how to select seasonal produce, master simple recipes that appeal to all ages, and understand the benefits of a farm-to-table lifestyle. This workshop emphasizes flavor, nutrition, and fun, providing practical skills for preparing delicious, healthy family meals right from your community garden or local market to your dinner table.
